今回のクロアチアはあまり鉄道の便が良くないのでネットでバスのチケットを買っていました。

こちらの都合で旅行を中止したのでバスの切符もキャンセルが効かないだろうとほったらかしていました。

すると、クロアチアでは新コロのための移動制限により主要路線が運休になったようで「ごめんね、お金返すね」というメールが入ってきました。今のところドブロブニクとコトルの往復だけですが、これからも運休になったところはお金が戻ってくるようです。

As you have purchased the ticket: CRB-3904881 for one of a disputed bus lines (Kotor - Dubrovnik) we have to offer you the following solution:
 
·         A full refund for the paid tickets 
 
The money will be refunded back to your credit card used on this purchase ASAP. Do have in mind that it can take several working days (for international payment) for the refund to appear on the card statement.
